Website terms and property information disclosures. Last updated 10 September 2026.
General information
This website introduces Neocabot Properties and provides general property research. It does not constitute a contract, an offer to sell a specific property, a valuation or personalised financial, legal, immigration or tax advice.
Development guides and prices
Project pricing is intentionally shown on request until a current, unit-specific availability sheet and complete payment schedule have been checked. Availability, additional purchase costs and terms must be reconfirmed before a buyer relies on them. Dimensions, views, finishes, tenure, delivery dates and other particulars must be checked for the exact property. A development profile is not confirmation of available stock or an instruction to sell.
Developer names and imagery
Developer names support market discovery. Access, availability and the scope of any commercial relationship vary by project and are confirmed before a buyer relies on them. Stock photographs and video illustrate property categories, architecture, interiors, amenities or destination living. They do not represent a particular available unit, official project marketing material or a view from a development unless the page explicitly says so. Developer trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Market figures and investment risk
Published yields may be projected area-level estimates based on advertised prices and rents. They do not establish an achievable net return. Historical capital appreciation is not a prediction. Property values and income can fall; liquidity, finance, currency, service charges, taxes and transaction costs can materially affect outcomes.
Transaction arrangements
Any representation, agency mandate, local licensing, fees and scope of services will be confirmed separately before a transaction. Obtain independent legal and tax advice for your circumstances and verify registered project status and ownership documentation.
Specialist introductions
Mortgage, accounting, legal, conveyancing, immigration, citizenship, letting and property-management services are provided by the relevant suitably qualified specialist under a separate engagement. Availability, eligibility, permissions, fees and regulatory scope vary by market. Finance is subject to status and lender criteria; short-term letting is subject to local rules and building permissions.
Residency and citizenship
Neocabot Properties does not provide immigration or nationality advice. We may coordinate an introduction to an appropriately regulated or licensed specialist where one is available. Programme rules can change, applications are decided by the relevant authorities, and buying property does not by itself guarantee a visa, residence permit, permanent residence or citizenship.
Business acquisitions and M&A
Business profiles and introductions are provided for preliminary discussion and do not constitute an offer, investment recommendation, valuation, warranty or assurance that a transaction is available or suitable. Seller authority, confidentiality requirements, the scope of any mandate and the accuracy of financial or operational information must be confirmed before reliance.
Neocabot Properties does not provide regulated investment or corporate-finance advice. Any activity requiring regulatory authorisation, together with legal, tax, accounting, valuation and due-diligence work, must be carried out by appropriately qualified or authorised professionals under separate engagements. Transaction structure and regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction.
