Confidential. Selective. Objective-led.

Buy, sell or combine
the right business.

Start with the commercial objective. We help shape the brief, identify possible opportunities and coordinate the next conversation with relevant professional advisers.

Ways to work with us

One market.
Several strategic routes.

Every engagement begins by defining the parties, scope, confidentiality requirements and professional support needed.

01 / Buy

Acquire an operating business

Register a target profile by location, sector, budget, revenue or EBITDA preference, ownership level, property requirements and timescale.

02 / Sell

Plan a confidential exit

Business owners can discuss succession, a full or partial sale, buyer criteria and an authorised route to market without publishing sensitive information prematurely.

03 / Combine

Explore mergers and joint ventures

Discuss strategic combinations, growth capital, operating partnerships or property-backed ventures where objectives and counterparties can be clearly defined.

Business opportunities

Verified before
they are presented.

Availability changes and many processes are confidential. No business is advertised without authority, and no financial figure should be relied upon before independent due diligence.

Confidential opportunity register

Current businesses are shared selectively.

Public listings will appear only when seller authority and core information have been checked. Suitable off-market opportunities may be introduced after we understand the buyer, target sector, location, budget and funding position, and after an NDA where required. With your permission, we can update you when a potentially relevant opportunity becomes available.

Register your acquisition criteria
A disciplined process

From brief
to informed decision.

01

Define the mandate

Buyer or seller, geography, sector, transaction structure, budget, funding, timescale and confidentiality.

02

Search and screen

Establish what can be sourced, confirm authority and share an initial non-confidential profile.

03

Information and diligence

Use NDAs and suitably qualified advisers to examine financial, legal, tax, commercial and operational information.

04

Offer and completion

Agree valuation, structure, conditions and documentation through the appointed professional team.

Confidential acquisition brief

Tell us what
you want to buy.

Define the geography, sector, size, budget and timescale. Business owners can use the same form to discuss a confidential sale, merger or strategic partnership.

Discuss on WhatsApp

The form prepares a private email to info@neocabotproperties.com for you to review and send. Do not include passwords, bank statements, customer data, trade secrets or other sensitive documents.

Useful answers

Clarity before
confidentiality.

Can I submit a brief without naming a specific business?

Yes. Tell us the countries, sectors, budget, preferred size and strategic objectives. We can establish the scope of a search before discussing individual opportunities.

Will every business be shown publicly?

No. Some sellers require confidentiality. A public opportunity is shown only when there is permission to market it and the core information has been checked. Other opportunities may be discussed privately after a suitable brief and, where required, a non-disclosure agreement.

How will I hear about new opportunities?

Select the optional matching-opportunity updates box when submitting your brief. Neocabot can then contact you when a potentially relevant opportunity becomes available. You can opt out of these updates at any time.

Can business owners discuss a sale?

Yes. Owners can submit a confidential exit or strategic-partnership enquiry. Representation, fees, marketing permissions and the professional team are agreed separately before any information is shared.

Does Neocabot provide investment or corporate-finance advice?

No. Neocabot provides an initial search and coordination service. Legal, tax, accounting, valuation, regulated investment and corporate-finance advice must come from appropriately qualified or authorised specialists under separate engagements.
